App instability with passes and membership (error messages, inability to load passes; separate park apps causing passes to appear expired).
Cumbersome UX and layout issues (difficult to navigate, layout not mirroring printed maps, confusing navigation/orientation).

I found the San Diego Zoo app extremely difficult to navigate. The layout did not mirror the printed maps provided at the zoo, which made it hard to follow along while walking the grounds. The app also failed to track my current location, and the numbering system for exhibits made little to no sense. Instead of helping guide my visit, it added frustration. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Doesn’t show restroom locations, water refill stations, ride/ attractions. While on a pathway map did not show any path. Better off getting a physical map
