This app is a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. It marked my household as "invalid" with zero warning, notice, or push notification, because of a software glitch. My two young children were turned away at our community pool gate in tears.To make matters worse, there is absolutely no live admin support or direct tech assistance available through the app to resolve access issues when they happen. If the system glitches over the weekend or after business hours, you are completely locked out of the amenities you pay for with zero recourse. Shifting the administrative burden onto residents while offering zero support is unacceptable. Avoid this clunky platform at all costs.
