Recent reviews

This app is infuriating. It almost feels like they made it as a joke. Don’t get me wrong, it works. But for something I have to use multiple times a day, requiring 3 clicks after opening the app is insane. And there’s no “favorites” page to make it only one click after opening it. Ok, so there has to be a widget then, right? NOPE. Maybe a CarPlay app so I can get in my neighborhood without having to get my phone, open an app, then go through a 3-step process to get to the “open” button? NOPE. Literally the worst user experience ever.

Keeps glitching and deleting/reinstalling the app only locks you out and won’t let you sign back in or send yourself a password reset link. Protected from taking screenshots, so you can’t send one to a technician for help. Horrible design and frustrating as hell
