This app works well, I have 2 thermostats in two different houses and I can control them remotely from anywhere no problem. You cannot access the technician menu which is a drag. But the main problem is that since the time change to EDT from EST, the clocks on the thermostats keep resetting back to EST. So I’m always an hour off. Change the clock at the unit….within hours it goes back. Not good for a programmable thermostat, ya know?

I got this when we purchased a new Heat/Air system in Nov. Worked and preformed really well. Enjoyed the “schedule” function especially as we often forget to adjust temps when we left for the day. My issue is that it doesn’t work with 5 Mghrt router. Only 2.4 Now the app is useless baring I purchase another router to run it. Otherwise good app hence the three stars.

It’s easy to install but anytime I try to look at the thermostat in the app it always says offline even though it’s not. I have to delete and re-add the thermostat and it’ll work until the next time I open the app, then it says it’s offline again. The whole reason for a Wi-Fi thermostat is to be able to control it remotely. This app needs work!!
