The lights are great, no complaint with them whatsoever but the app just flat out sucks. For the money you pay for these lights I would expect a lot better. Constantly fighting and having to reconnect programs being lost just horrible. Makes me wanna go back to another brand.

Lighting is beautiful, but app is probably one of the most confusing apps I’ve ever used. Forget trying to get help from anyone. I think they’re either AI BOTS or down in Florida smoking something. Whoever developed this app needs to go back to user-friendly development school.
