The interface is really simple. It’s cool there’s a panic button for when you’re close to breaking NC, but I find it a bit ridiculous you have to pay to record your own audio if you want more in addition to Lucia’s warnings. At that point, you might as well just record using whatever built in recording app your phone has and just listen to that when you feel like you’re about to break. The upshot is that if you need a community of other brokenhearted people to talk to, there’s still plenty of active people in the threads. I wouldn’t really recommend most of what’s being put out there because it’s a lot of people who’re desperate to use NC as a tactic to try and get their exes back, rather than actually moving on, but eh. Not a fault of the app itself I guess. Just want to point out that it might not be a good thing to doomscroll reading other people’s posts if you’re still fresh from a breakup yourself. Of course, that’s easier said than done. Wishing you guys good luck with your healing and self-love journey. You’ll come out the other end eventually. In the meantime, give yourself grace and be patient with yourself. We’ll all survive this.

No. Tracks “health” information for big brother - And - “User Content”. And the first thing it wants is for me to sign in and identify myself. Unbelievable breach of privacy for such a delicate & sensitive situation. It’s about data collection, not genuinely “helping people in need”.
