Kanakuk’s app is regularly unstable and hard to use. Repeated crashes and reinstall loops, along with login/linking problems (especially with Bunk1), prevent access to photos and bunk notes. Photo viewing is slow, laggy, and prone to failure. Messaging often requires extra payment and is difficult to use across multiple campers. Some positive notes exist for packing lists and directions, and for photo tagging/bundled features when the system works, but overall reliability and usability issues dominate.

Frequent crashes and instability, often requiring reinstalls or workarounds.

If I could give 0 stars it would still be too high. The level of garbage this app is appalling. Nothing works. Save yourself a bunch of time and call to get anything done. Don’t use the app.
