The most common issues are crashes, token/login failures and inability to access LKA questions; onboarding often fails with spinning wheels or blank screens. A minority note mobile convenience, but reliability dominates. The app needs major fixes in authentication, stability, and onboarding to be usable compared with the web version.

Frequent crashes. Told to delete and reinstall. Which I have to do with nearly each use. Told by support, “not designed for iPhone, use your desktop.”

So nice to have everything at my fingertips when I’m on the go. Just wish all the LKA questions (particularly media in them) were compatible with the app. It’s a little clunky getting to the questions too.
