I shouldn’t have to update my iOS X 8 versions in order to use this app on my phone. Do I have to carry a newer iPad, laptop or sit at a desktop in order to use this app now?

Occasionally repeats the previous question, returns errors processing response to question, and on several occasions accused me of running out of time to submit the response despite being WELL within the allotted time. Most of these issues have been around for YEARS! Our fees continue to increase but somehow your garbage app still sucks.
