Salem Skipper

i live in beverly mass right on the salem mass boarder. i’ve never had an issue with getting a ride to and from where i live to places in salem… that is up until i needed to provide family with a ride back home form the court house. now all of a sudden i’m being told they don’t serve beverly mass area at all??? how’s that the case when i would always get a ride to and from the salem mass market basket back to my home in downtown beverly? your customer service sucks, when i would order rides you guys were late and would pass me standing outside my house and say i wasn’t there like everytime. this system is disorganized and full of lazy lazy employees and drivers. i’d rather pay for an expensive uber every time than EVER touch this app again. that is my last straw

Me and my boyfriend used to use skippers all the time but recently they have just not been good. they never have any skippers and sometimes they’ll give us a skipper and then cancel it. It’s not a good company anymore. i wish they were better because it really is a great way of transportation but they just haven’t been the same since last year.
