They personally stop at The liquor store, McDonalds ect. While you sit in the cold waiting

Drivers are never available, have ridiculous wait times, or do not arrive to the correct location. Vehicles are often not clean, and is generally a bad experience.

The drivers tend to make stops at random locations that aren’t drop offs or pickup spots. And wait there for 10-20 minutes before resuming driving it is highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating, when they wait down the street from where you are supposed to be picked up. Also they removed the option to call your driver for some odd reason which makes it impossible to reach your driver. I’ve had to cancel many rides due to this issue I would not recommend skipper to anyone, until they crack down on their drivers and their inability to do their job. Seriously don't use this app unless you want to have a headache
