I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but it’s still broken and doesn’t work. When you go into the app, it says error, tap to retry! I can’t even go to the store to redeem my points for gift cards! Absolute garbage at this point. Fix your junk!

The app is demanding I have a minor so I can’t get in. I can’t access reporting other things I’ve done in the browser. Some tests I have are showing up, I’ve had pancreatic cancer since February & have had double the tests showing up. Since customer care isn’t working I can’t get help getting them added. Would be great if it worked

The app doesn’t work. It always has a glitch - can’t login, messages and notifications that say “exception”, and when I finally got my points loaded and was able to cash them in, I placed an order that was “successfully cancelled” for some reason and my points were never returned to me. Whenever I speak to support on the phone about whatever issue I’m having, they just say “yeah we’re aware of the problem. Maybe try another time.” Might as well just forget the program exists, you’re not likely to get anything from it.
