User Reviews

User reviews show recurring onboarding and access problems (OTP delivery) and international streaming issues, especially from the US. Billing problems (failed subscriptions, duplicate charges) and slow support are also common. Some users praise ease of use and value for money, and there is mention of quality content when accessible. Overall, top concerns are international accessibility, authentication reliability, streaming performance, and support responsiveness, with limited but notable positive notes on ease of use and price/value.

Pros

Easy to use with a simple and straightforward registration/subscription process
Good value for money / straightforward pricing and subscription
Quality content available when the service works (positive sentiment from users)

Cons

OTP/registration failures across multiple regions (US and other countries) hinder onboarding
Streaming outside India is unreliable with buffering or not playable for many users
Subscription not working or not reflected after purchase, including duplicate charges and slow/no support
Device compatibility issues (not iPad-friendly; lack of TV casting options)
Customer support often unresponsive or unhelpful

The app is horrible and not able to login after entering my Phone and email

I purchased this app to watch a couple of shows(Deva concert and other programs) and the videos are buffering as if using bsnl dial-up connection. I am connecting from the US - it looks like they do not have enough backend infrastructure to support the traffic they receive and they do not have content delivery network to cache the content. it’s a waste of money atleast if you are trying to purchase this app from outside of India
