I just subscribed to this app, but when I tried to log in, I could only hear the word login. When I tried again, it kept loading, and I couldn't access my account. The app is full of bugs. I subscribed specifically to watch the Kadhaipoma series at 12 AM, as promised, but now I'm stuck and frustrated. This is a complete waste. Subscribing at this time is useless—waste of money. Please improve your app.

Older version of the app was good. Subscription is not working in this version. I paid twice for the annual pack. Amount deducted but subscription not activated. Second time it showed only 3 days validity. Unable to watch premium content in those 3 days. Looks like a scam. Unexpected service from blacksheep team.
