User Reviews

Reviews most often praise the experience’s simplicity and the fun it adds to events. The recurring app complaint is photo access: the QR-code process can require installing the app, granting permissions, and reconnecting, yet still fail to display photos. A few reviews also report app or access problems. Many comments concern the rented booth and event service rather than the app itself.

Pros

Several reviewers found the app or overall booth setup easy to use.
The photo booth experience was repeatedly described as fun and popular with guests.
Some reviewers praised the app as simple and the QR-code photo option as convenient when it worked.

Cons

Multiple guests found photo retrieval frustrating: scanning a QR code led to an app download and another scan, and some still could not access their photos.
More than one review reported access hurdles involving permissions or connectivity, including location access and required Wi‑Fi.
Several reviews described technical problems, such as the app not working after an update or photo access failing.

Everyone absolutely LOVED the Photo Booth! Everyone kept asking how to order for their events. It was super easy to set up and I recommend the fast printer! There was no waiting for photos to print!
