Live Party Photos

Create and manage event albums, moderate guest uploads and run your live slideshow - all from your phone. Guests scan your QR code to share their photos on your screens

Turn every guest into a photographer and bring your event to life on the big screen.

Live Party Photos gives event hosts everything they need to collect guests’ photos in one place and display them in a live slideshow. Create your album, share its unique QR code and let guests upload from their phone browser - no app or account needed for them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create an album for your wedding, birthday, party, corporate event, graduation or festival.
2. Display the QR code on your customised poster or share the upload link.
3. Guests scan, choose or take a photo, and upload it in seconds.
4. Enjoy new photos appearing automatically in your live slideshow on a TV, projector or laptop.

MADE FOR EVENT HOSTS

• Create and manage event albums from your phone • Give every album its own QR code and guest upload link • Share a print-ready poster for guests to scan • Review, approve or remove submitted photos • Use AI content screening to help keep inappropriate uploads off your screen • Open and control your live slideshow • Personalise the guest upload experience to suit your event • Share an optional gallery after the event so guests can revisit and download their favourites

NO APP NEEDED FOR GUESTS

Guests simply scan your QR code using their phone camera. The upload page opens in their browser, so there is nothing for them to install and no account to create. It is quick, simple and works with any number of guests, subject to your album’s photo allowance.
