The Resilience Box is the result of 21 years of research by CFCH. Through their extensive experience in the workplace psychological world, CFCH identified that the mental health concerns experienced by employees broadly stemmed from high work demands, poor team culture and lack of resilience skills. Through their intervention, CFCH they implemented a holistic approach to improving mental health and focusing on addressing the knowledge and skills that were lacking.

The Resilience Box App is the latest piece in the puzzle. Designed to be your go-to 24/7 digital coach.
