Not anything to complain about. Providing the labels for luggage, picking up at my house and taking to destination in a timely matter. Gives me peace of mind not having to worry about baggage claims at airport. Saves me time. I highly recommend ShipGo

While the company was well reviewed, the app doesn’t work very well at all. When I go to look up the address of the hotel where I want my luggage sent to the app defaults back to creating a new event and I have to start all over again. Hardly worth my time…
