The entire point of paying a premium for ShipSticks is peace of mind—having your clubs waiting at the bag drop so you can avoid airport baggage hassles. ShipSticks managed to fail at the single service they sell, losing our friend’s golf bag not just once, but twice on the same trip. Losing custom-fitted clubs once completely disrupts a multi-day golf itinerary, leaving a player scrambling for poorly matched rental sets and missing out on the rounds they planned and paid for months in advance. Having them locate the bag only to immediately lose it a second time is pure operational incompetence. To make matters worse, their customer support was dismissive and unresponsive throughout the ordeal. After ruining a major trip and subjecting our group to hours on the phone chasing tracking numbers, their "resolution" was an insulting fraction of compensation that didn't come close to covering the rental fees, lost round value, or massive inconvenience. If you are planning an important golf trip with your group, do not trust this company with your equipment. Check your travel bag with the airlines or use an actual freight carrier with accountability. ShipSticks charges premium prices for third-party shipping with zero reliability and worse customer service when things go wrong. Never using them again.
