User Reviews

Winning Habits is repeatedly praised for boosting the mental game, with users noting better focus, pressure handling, and calmer play. The short, actionable sessions and visualization tools are valued, as is progress tracking and the option for personalized coaching. However, subscription pricing and access barriers, along with concerns about content ownership and update disruptions, are common drawbacks. Overall, strong potential for improving tennis performance with some UX and access hurdles to address.
Pros
  • Significantly improves mental toughness, focus, and ability to handle pressure in matches and between points.
  • Short, practical guided sessions (roughly 5–10 minutes) that fit easily into daily training.
  • Effective visualization and meditation tools that translate to on-court performance and reduce nerves.
  • Clear progress tracking to monitor mental habit growth over time, creating accountability.
  • Personalized, game-specific training with access to mentorship/coaching that tailors sessions to the player’s needs.
Cons
  • Pricing and content access can be a barrier; users mention the subscription model and desire for some free content.
  • Concerns about content ownership/control and how updates affect the user’s routines.
  • Some users report that frequent upgrades can disrupt pre-match and pre-practice routines.

Wish I would have had this when I played juniors at a time sports psychology and tactical awareness was barely a thing, and if so, it was mainly at the elite level. Now as an adult competitor, the tips and tools in this app are a game changer (literally!), for any player on the app at any level. It’s presented in digestible bites and is organized in a way that’s easy to navigate for the area/s you want to focus on … and also easy to remember in a match setting!

I’ve been competing competitively for a while now and I always beat the players I am ranked higher than but would lose to those that are at the same rating or higher rating. I knew it wasn’t technical because I could hang in rallies but at the end of the set, one double fault or right error would cost me the game. This app guides me through exactly what I need to work on, building discipline not just for matches but practice. The new features includes streaks, reliability, and process oriented interfaces to encourage a process oriented approach to training your mental game. It has changed my game entirely and I feel more confident and focused than ever before!
