I’ve been competing competitively for a while now and I always beat the players I am ranked higher than but would lose to those that are at the same rating or higher rating. I knew it wasn’t technical because I could hang in rallies but at the end of the set, one double fault or right error would cost me the game. This app guides me through exactly what I need to work on, building discipline not just for matches but practice. The new features includes streaks, reliability, and process oriented interfaces to encourage a process oriented approach to training your mental game. It has changed my game entirely and I feel more confident and focused than ever before!

I’ve tried quite a few mental training tools for tennis for my son, but this app really stands out.
What I love most is how not just generic mindfulness or motivation it actually helps with match situations: handling pressure on big points, resetting after errors, staying focused between games, and building routines that translate directly onto the court. The guided sessions are short, practical, and easy to fit into a daily training schedule.
The progress tracking is another big plus. You can actually see how your mental habits are improving over time, which makes it just as important as physical and technical training. The message I have been trying to convey to my son.
The customer service team is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping. Any questions or feedback I had were handled quickly
