I also experienced return errors twice within one week. However, only one case was resolved, and I was still charged an overnight fee for the other. This kind of incorrect charge appears to be one of their main sources of income.

I needed to rent a bike, but after failing to correctly access the login only two times, I was locked out of the app for 7 hours! Extremely unhelpful, I will take my business elsewhere.
