Recent reviews

I have only one complaint at it’s that when I put in my submission it sat for a week pending with no updates or anything. I messaged the live chat (extremely fast response) and was told that I needed to manually upload the payment proof. I just wish I could’ve been told this and got it done way earlier. So It’s really hard to find time to get ahold of places during normal 9-5 hours. Like I said I tried the live chat and connected with Marco. He was extremely patient and allowed me to send him the proof and he didn’t rush at alI. While at work it took probably over an hour or two to get it all ready and sent. He reassured me from the start he’d still be there and once I was done he sent it instantly. Patience goes a long way and earns loyal customers. I’m happy to be improving my credit here.

Initially, I needed to send a few messages in the chat and the support team to submit a few other background documents via email. After that, I was able to get about three years of rental payments reported as a credit line. I recommend this app and if you don’t see the reporting linked right away, definitely email the support team!
