shmoody charged my paypal $42.39 that paypal covered and then put my account in the negatives. i dont recall even downloading this app but i know if i did, i DEFINITELY wouldve cancelled before the trial ended and i was still charged. i see so many reviews of being blocked from cancelling the trial or being double charged. i am going through h3ll trying to resolve this as this is affecting my business with canadian customers considering they really only have paypal to send $ through. i have filed a dispute with apple and shmoody. i believe shmoody is a fraudalent app and will be facing a large lawsuit soon. i have no idea how its still on the app store. so much for mental health help, right? even if that was something i was looking for, they want to steal a mentally ill persons $ and block them from cancelling a trial.
