This app has been about for a while. I expected some updates for missing functionality, but clearly they aren’t coming. The most basic feature is being able to see all of the photos that have been uploaded to the frame. You can sift through a history of uploads but there isn’t a way to just look at what is currently there. And consequently no way to select a photo to be displayed. How did this get missed? If you go to Gallery, there is an option for “Recently Saved” and “Recent”. What’s the difference? I don’t know. The gallery used to show a lot of pictures, but after the recent app update, I only shows the photos I uploaded today. This really needs a UX designer to take a look at the app and overhaul it. Right now it is deficient Update: the response is incorrect. There is no option to switch folders. Just the dropdown with redundant options of “Recently Saved” and “Recent”

i’m not sure why but when i upload a photo and click on “fit to frame”, it looks great on my phone but on the frame it displays with a blurred background instead of filling the frame.. i’ve updated the app, deleted and reuploaded the pictures, i feel like ive tried everything but the blurred bars will not go away. i’ve had the frame less than a year and have had this issue since taking it out of the box. the app itself is super outdated
