The Auto-Sizing feature is very unhelpful and means hours and hours of having to engage your photos after you drop them in the frame. So, be prepared for this system to suck tons of hours out of your life. I think they meant well, but it’s a huge miss. — DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISING ABOUT EASY CONNECTION TO GOOGLE PHOTOS! I have a lot of albums and it will not connect. Bottom line this does not work. I’ve tried many ways and times. ///They say the frame is, “Unlimited Photos” — but you just can’t keep adding. You have to make multiple albums and tie them in… so… this is okay. ///. They say that the system will automatically eliminate duplicates and this is not true either. It takes out some — but if you’re merging from different streams — it still allows for duplicates. So, it’s a lot of talk - some they DO follow through on — and some they don’t really do what they say. I’m pleased-ish… but some of the features I bought the frame for - was just talk. They don’t really do it well. I do like the professional display hardware. The ‘unboxing’ was an experience which led me to lose faith in this company, immediately and significantly.

I was asked to add some photos to the aura frame for someone’s gift, which I’m very happy to do, but I’m so annoyed that I need to download an app just to add them. And not only that but I have to make an account with an email and password and everything. I wish they could’ve just made it easy so that you can upload photos online with a link without doing all this. I understand why someone who has an aura frame would want the app but why should someone need the app just to add photos?
