Every single time I try and use rewards it says Error something went wrong. Love app and company but this needs to be fixed asap. One star until fixed and I’ll change it immediately

Does not have new HTeaO store in app.

I love the tea!!! The app is ridiculous!! I used the old one, but I have no idea where to go to enter purchases bought! So I hand my phone and ask if they will put it on!! Why can’t I do it like we used to do? This is really silly! I wished Eastland, TX would get one!! That way I wouldn’t have to drive so far from home!
