There are a few problems with part of the app. One thing I have tried to fix is it shows my country as Canada when it should be USA will not let me edit, when I contacted for help I was told to download another app and use a different email address. Which I will not do so I used as is and don’t load gift cards or credit card which means no ordering through app only in person

The store in Midland, MI shut off their delivery option in the app months ago and will not turn it back on. This renders the app useless to me. It makes no sense because they are still doing delivery through DoorDash. So I just pay more and don’t get the rewards for the same thing. I don’t see how it affects them.
