2023-10-16	Mr*****	A 6 month subscription was included with my Sportneer smart trainer so I tried this out. It’s confusing and laggy to sign up. Then it was confusing to figure out what to do. The help page is general, no step-by-step instructions or images. Once I figured it out, I tried one of the novice rides and the course looked flat but even in the lowest gear I could barely pedal and felt like I was on a steep climb (I do road and MTB riding so I am in decent condition). I switched to another app and was up and riding in minutes so my trainer is fine.
