Love the variety in modalities and length of time with all these workouts. So happy to see all the content from all my favorite instructors on this app. Really helps keep me motivated to keep working out on days when I can’t make it to the studio in person. Both the shorter workouts and longer ones are still challenging. So worth it!

I use the Joya app daily and love that I can just click a video and get right to my workout. So many motivating and inspiring instructors and so many different workouts to choose from for all fitness levels. Such a steal compared to paying $100/month for a gym membership and I can just do my workouts in my garage - with or without equipment! The app is seamless and easy to use and the workouts are well organized, depending on the level of intensity or workout type. LOVE the Joya app ❤️
