ByYourSide aims to make it easy for patients to communicate to loved ones at the times when being there in person isn't possible.

Users can easily register themselves and invite friends and family. For those of us who are less tech savvy, there are built-in tools to allow hospitals and care facilities to set up their patients and their loved ones in the system.

The ByYourSide "pop-in" feature allows video calls to a patient to automatically connect so loved ones can check in on patients even when the patient is not able to answer the call themselves.

Simple "smiley face" buttons allow patients to quickly share their current state of mind with their friends and family, who can see the latest setting at a glance.

A Do Not Disturb feature allows any user to prevent inbound calls.

ByYourSide is integrated with iWThealth's Healthtrax platform, which can be utilized to improve patient and caregiver experiences in areas of communication, documentation, and patient experience.
