The 3 Day Blinds app is incredibly frustrating. It works intermittently at best. Sometimes the blinds respond to manual controls, other times they don’t. The timer and scheduling features are even worse—one of the main reasons to have smart blinds, yet the schedules only seem to work when they feel like it. For a premium product, the app is unreliable and inconsistent. Having to constantly check whether the blinds actually opened or closed as scheduled defeats the purpose of automation. The hardware may be fine, but the app experience is terrible and needs significant improvement.

We’ve had our shades for a couple of years now… the app worked perfectly. Then a couple of days ago, I went to open the app and had to log in. I did and got a pop up saying my username or password were wrong… so I reset it… three times. It still didn’t work. Very disappointing… Especially with the amount of money we spent on these blinds. What the actual ****, 3 Day Blinds???
