Love this easy to use app. The app uses ultra sonic sound to communicate to the hearing aids so Bluetooth is not required to make adjustments to programs, volume and noise filters. Love the simplicity yet functionality of this app!

… super annoying log-in process. The app randomly chooses when to sign you out and then you have to go through 2FA and flip to their website to log back in. Ridiculous: if someone steals my phone, I don’t think lowering the volume on my eargo’s is going to be anywhere on their list of to do’s. Plus - usually I’m going I. To the app when I intend to make a change, so having to log in as I’m sitting down into a restaurant is less than ideal. Just give me Face ID log in, please. Other than that, app does what it’s designed to do. It would be nice if I could see current levels, but I understand why I can’t.
