Reviews show ESTA Mobile is easy, fast, and user-friendly when functioning, but recurrent bugs—especially non-working dropdowns, non-populating fields, and save/move-forward failures—block progress and create a frustrating experience.

Dropdown menus and required fields often do not open or populate, blocking progress.
Cannot move forward or save progress due to bugs (including issues with selecting issuing country).
App is frequently unreliable, described as broken or not up to date.

Recent reviews

I have tried multiple times to use this app and I cannot move beyond step two because the dropdown menu for issuing country doesn’t work on that screen, at least not on my phone.
