Recent reviews

I also would not recommend using this app, especially if you have roommates. While we weren't charged a platform fee initially, the system has since started charging one, which would add an additional $72 on top of our monthly rent. That's an unreasonable extra expense, so I'll be sticking with my $5 money orders instead. On top of that, the AutoPay feature appears to be flawed. When setting it up, the system gives you the option to select a specific payment amount. However, it does not honor that selection. Instead, it withdraws the full rent amount from every roommate's account that has AutoPay enabled, regardless of the amount each person designated. This is exactly what happened to us and caused significant financial issues.
