Recent reviews

The Garden does NOT work with HomeKit. Edn claims it does, but it is never able to connect. (I even placed them directly beside my router, same network, etc. and it was unable to add.) “Tech Support” was totally worthless!! Multiple calls, and all anyone did was read me the same Troubleshooting Guide available on the website. They had no solutions, options, ideas or information. I purchased 2 gardens, and NEITHER would connect to HomeKit. Then when I attempted to reset and re-add them per the troubleshooting guide, I received an error stating they were already added to a different home, but they were not. “Tech Support” could not even understand the problem, (I guess it wasn't in their script) let alone offer solutions. They do work as gardens, if I MANUALLY turn the lights on and off every time. If I wanted to do that, I would NOT have spent $200 each. VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied! Apple, shame on you for still listing this product as “compatible” and not pulling this off your App Store.

The product itself is garbage. I ordered it to provide proper lighting for my indoor herb garden. Came to find out you have to order their SeedPods. And then there’s this ridiculous app, that cannot operate on its own without being connected to HomeKit. Then after connecting to HomeKit, the app doesn’t even recognize its own product.
