We make strength training accessible to anyone with any fitness level and NO gym is required! Our program is based on science* to make you level up in the most efficient way.

Instead of always doing the same exercises and progress by increasing the weight you'll keep the weight fixed (just your bodyweight) and progress by levelling up to more difficult exercises.

This has many benefits:

  • You'll get incredibly strong. Bodyweight training is especially suited to build muscle density. Think incredible strong but lean like a gymnast.
  • It will increase your mobility. Harder progressions require progressively larger ranges of motion which will make you more mobile.
  • You will get better at sports. Stronger, leaner and more mobile are great foundations for any sport.
  • More fun! It feels great to master a skill and get to level up to a new exercise.

Massive gains in my quality of life. Highly recommend. One of the hardest things I’ve done in my life is stick to a training program. This app gamifies strength and skill, and does so in a very linear way that will prepare you for increasingly difficult movements.

I almost didn’t try this app because it hadn’t been updated in about 11 months. But I’m so glad that I did! I’ve tried so many workout apps over the years and they always fall short. This one is basic enough to where it’s easy to use but complex enough to where it does everything I need! And as an unexpected bonus, I have made a couple friends on there who have really been helpful and I’ve helped them. I didn’t expect to use the social function of the app, but I really like it. The only thing I would change is this: during the rest timer, I would like to be able to see progression alternatives for my next set rather than having to wait until the set starts. It would just be more time effective. Thank you so much.

The app is great! The progressions in there will keep me busy for awhile! What’s even better, is the developer and the discord group. He asks what his customers want next in the app whether it’s new features, progressions towards a new move, etc. I’m happy to see a developer that doesn’t waste time and directly asks us what we want to see in an app that we pay for. Thanks a ton!
