BAND for Kids is a private group communication app designed for youth (ages 12 and under) to stay connected with families, sports teams, scout troops, and more. It provides a safe space with parental moderation, and getting started is simple: download the app, sign up with a parent-provided email, and join a private Band invited by a guardian.

Safety and control are central: kids can only join invited groups, parents can monitor activity by joining their child’s Groups, and BAND blocks harassment from strangers, ads, and in-app purchases. Kids can publish posts with attachments and chat within their Bands. The app works on smartphones, tablets, and PCs, and BAND holds SOC 2 and SOC 3 privacy certificates along with ISO/IEC 27001 security certification.

So like this app is really good for like, a lot of stuff like asking when stuff is or how long it will take to do stuff and yatta yatta. But I can’t make a chat. So that pisses me off. And it doesn’t show the group im apart of when I try to make the group!!!😒 PLEASE FIX!!

I had been using it for several months then all the sudden it started to tell there was an error saying TLS and it would not even let me see stuff for dance and it said VPN and that is something that keeps your phone so it makes not sense how it’s a private communication app but it doesn’t let you have a VPN
