There are too many unnecessary things in the app that you find it frustrating and thus useless. There are just so many things you want to do while using a banking app. Most of the features don’t even work right. Lessen the functions but ensure it works as expected 100% of the time.

The Username & Password section does not work at all!! Every attempt, error 05 comes! I am making a new account it doesn’t work. You stole my money, stupid scamming app! I need a withdrawal, but I am not going to Philippines to go get my money! Reply RIGHT NOW and tell me what to do.
