SEOUL 2033: Shelter is a narrative-driven, post-apocalyptic game set in a ruined Seoul. You play as the Shelter Administrator, steering life inside a shrinking refuge after a nuclear event. The core loop is Never Ending Choices: every decision about who to keep or exile shapes the shelter's future.

Never Ending Choices is complemented by Strategic Resource Management: ration, defense, and morale determine who survives and who loses hope, while the shelter's state reshapes the story. Featuring 25 unique characters and over 300 branching stories, the game offers endless playthroughs and hidden narratives. The 'Friendly Faces of Seoul 2033' lets you revisit familiar characters from the past, and the title includes Voice-over Guide support.
