American Standard® Technician

The American Standard Technician app is designed for service technicians and HVAC companies to streamline installation, commissioning, and service by integrating with Link Systems, Link Zoning, and Link Relay Panels. It provides step-by-step guidance, secure access to customer data, and real-time monitoring of system alerts to speed diagnostics.

With Dealer Remote Configuration (DRC), HVAC teams can remotely access and monitor homeowners' Link or smart thermostats for proactive servicing and diagnostics. The Guided Installation feature simplifies wiring diagrams and dipswitch settings, and the app grants access to product literature, training videos, and calculators. Note: not compatible for onsite BLE connections with American Standard AccuLink systems.
