I recently purchased a pair of the B3 hearing aid. In the future could you add a more step control for the volume and the tone controls like are available for my B2's? Thanks.

This new update has made my dad‘s life worse because he’s not able to get into the app to change the settings of the hearing aid to fix issue in right hand side Hearing aid earplug. There is no way to fix it. I don’t know how it can be happening in the era of LLMs. Good hardware and not so good software.
