The new app dose not work that well I use Spotify and it dosnt work the sound cuts out

My understanding is that Lucid hearing is no more. Several attempts to get app support via their chat and via phone were unsuccessful. Company pulled up roots and left hearing aid users holding the bag. Their app wasn’t all that great anyway.
