Access are included in this new app.

With rapid! OnDemand/Disbursements, view available wages as they accrue, see pay period transfer details, access earnings instantly, choose payout options, and review the history of all payout transactions. This app helps you avoid payday loans and credit card advances. Additional features include English/Spanish language support, biometric login, notifications, ATM locator, reload and cash pickup centers, FAQs, and live customer service.

There’s a few things that still need a small fix, but for the most part works exactly how it needs to. You can use your physical card or even add it to your Apple Pay for more convenient use. That at least works really well.
