Recent reviews

I was super excited about Diem when it first launched and loved using it. I even chose to invest through the wefunder campaign. However, shortly after the app stopped working for me completely. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates etc with no luck, when I ask the ai a question it just keeps thinking and never loads an answer. The worst part is that I’ve reached out to support 2-3 times in the last year with no response at all. I’m so disappointed, I made a small investment in this app and I can’t even use it or get a response from the team. If you can get the app to work for you then it is a great space. Had I not had these issues I would have definitely given 4 stars.

Love the vision for the app! It has worked for me in the past well. I didn’t use it for a while though, and I’ve tried a few times in the past few months. The AI feature is just-non fuctional - it’s always stuck on the ellipsis.
