Just Sitting

A meditation timer emphasizing the traditional Soto Zen method of Shikantaza, or "Just Sitting". An Enso, the Zen circle symbol is used as a progress indicator through a meditation period. You can either choose a standard single period of meditation or multiple periods of sitting and walking (kinhin) meditation.
