They rescheduled my first mow 4 times over the course of two weeks without reaching out or providing reason. Now my lawn is overgrown and I need to pay twice the normal amount to have someone that’ll actually show up to mow it AND have potential HOA fines. This service is a scam and they never respond to support tickets. Use at your own risk and get ready to be left in limbo unsure as the whether or not they ever even had someone scheduled to come or just lied about it to charge you for a service you were never going to receive. They also don’t let you cancel your subscription or remove your payment information from the website and make you download this app to do it. I’d give 0 stars if I could

TL;DR - don’t use the app, just ask around with your neighbors for a lawn guy.
While the app itself is user-friendly and relatively effective, the service itself is terrible.
I booked an appointment on Monday for my lawn to be cut Wednesday. Wednesday came, and when I got home the lawn had not been mowed. It’s summer in Texas, so I thought maybe they were waiting until closer to sunset to avoid some heat. Once 8pm rolled around and storm clouds were starting to move in, I submitted an online ticket to notify them nobody had showed, and if the impending rain meant my appointment would be rescheduled. After about an hour with no response, I attempted to call the 1-800 number only to be met with a voicemail because it was after hours (please note there’s nothing wrong with holding standard 9-5 hours, but you can’t claim to have “on-demand” customer service because that’s not what those words mean).
The following morning around 10am I still had not gotten a response to my online ticket, so I called the 1-800 number to wait on hold for just under 30min. Once a rep finally got to me, it was conveyed that the local lawn service provider was having difficulty taking on new clients and could only mow my lawn the following Tuesday (you know, 6 days later than scheduled). When asked if that was fine, I explained that it wasn’t, that the reason I had scheduled the service was because my lawnmower was broken and things were starting to get out of hand in my backyard, and that 6 more days in the Texas sun and rain would be pretty rough. The whole reason I set up the service is because I didn’t hold on to local providers business cards since I usually just mow myself.
The rep was very polite and kind, and asked to call me back so she could speak to the service provider. When she called back, it was explained that he could mow my lawn Friday, with the addendum that significant overgrowth would incur extra charges.
All of this is understandable. It’s Texas, lawns are growing like crazy, it’s hot, and people are busy. I have no issue with that. I do have an issue with the fact that none of this was relayed to me until a day after the fact. The service provider had two whole business days to tell me they couldn’t take on new clients, Wemow had 14 hours to get back to me to let me know all this. The threat of incurring extra costs seemed unnecessary, especially considering two days of Texas sun and rain could easily make or break my case between what is “acceptable” on a Wednesday as opposed to the following Friday, or Tuesday if he couldn’t come again Friday.
The point of the app/service is to create a convenient experience to link up local lawn service providers and customers, yet there was absolutely nothing convenient about this. I’ve deleted the app and cancelled my services, and have already found a provider via my neighbor.

App is great idea but no quality control over providers. Person didn’t come when scheduled, the comes twice within 5 days and burned my lawn. Then he never showed up again and I had to cancel the subscription
