It’s been 2 months since i try to transfer using my cebuana like more than 20 times my acct. was verified and its always show having technical issue when i try to transfer my own money. Even i want to go to cebuana branch i cannot since I’m outside ph. I even try logging my acct. to my other phone but still same. Try to update the app but still same. When i want to transfer always have error but when i try to load it proceed. I try to send like 50k it didn’t proceed. Try 20k still show error. Try 1k but still error. Imagine having the same error for like everyday. Its super frustrating cant even get my own money
