Recent reviews

First thing is just the labels. When I go to indicate my kid won’t be on the bus I have to ‘delete a change ‘. What change? Why is a previously scheduled bus ride a ‘change’. Then probably 50% of the time when I ‘delete the change’ I get a 500 error and have to call the school anyway.

The SchoolPass app is fairly simple and easy to use and understand for configuring my child’s dismissal at their school, as well as marking attendance changes such as late arrival and absence. However, parents are often confused by the options when you need to make a change. There is a large check-out button, which seems like it should be used when I need to pick my child up from school early, but instead I need to press the small + button which lets me “add” a change of early pickup to my child’s attendance. This is confusing and it’s easy to forget or overlook the plus button when you only make occasional changes.
