Mila quit working… cant do a reset, and fan wont work

As the title states, our Mila died after using it for only 5 years, without warning. Contacted the company and they told us there’s no way to fix it or troubleshoot it. They gave us a 20% off coupon to purchase another one. We didn’t. It’s too bad they can’t refurbish it. Seems like a waste of resources/materials. While we were using the unit we did love it and found the info it provided very helpful.
