SmartMed ForYou

Pharmacy forYou is a medication safety app and is available free of charge for patients from pharmacies using the FarmaSys Pharmacy Information System. This app provides:

• a direct insight in your current medication that you got from your pharmacy,
• a refill option for medication,
• information about your medication (digital patient leaflet, KIJKsluiter video instruction)
• the option to add medication yourself that you did not get from your pharmacy,
• a Reminder functionality with notifications for when you should take your medication.

Privacy It is important that no one but you has insight into your medication data. When you connect your app account to your pharmacy, we check your identity. We use your account email address and BSN to check on behalf of your pharmacy if you are a patient there that may use the app.
