HealthTrak - a simple health tracker. Track your symptoms and medications and take the guesswork out.

Often times, we have multiple symptoms and take different medications. It becomes difficult to identify the medications that are working, and those that are not. Additionally, it would be great to figure out which symptoms are negatively impacted by certain medications. This mobile app will enable users to enter their data when they experience symptoms or when they are taking medications, which will later be helpful to track their health and identify patterns. Hence, it will enable users to figure out what medication is working well, what is not working, as well as what medication is creating more symptoms.
